A couple of my friends feel guilty about their eating habits when they’re around me! I don’t even say anything unless its evident they need some motivation. I mean they appreciate & listen to the things I say & they don’t want me to stop, but I don’t want them to feel guilty. If they want that cookie, eat that cookie! Just not the whole box. But I think its the changes in their body that’s making them feel like this. Friend #1 says her bras are getting too tight & she says her stomach sticks out now (she’s one of those naturally skinny girls, but her habits are getting to her) & friend #2 only eats ONCE day, indulges at dinner, is clogged up the next day, & complains of dizziness or fatigue. Ahh, looks like there’s a lot of work for me. I want them to be healthy because ultimately I know they want to change too. There’s nothing wrong with a little push right? :)
