After I posted about my friend constantly eating junk food. She told me that she felt guilty about her lunch (pizza, chicken wings, & a sundae) & how she really is going to make a change. I could only think “she’s either psychic or she’s following me..” or of course, she really does want to change. So I decided to give her a sample meal plan. I’m not a nutritionist, but I did my best in giving her some healthy habits to live by. Eat 5x a day, fill up with veggies, fruits, & healthy sources of protein & carbs. I hope she really sticks with it! She’ll feel so much better :)
