Motivated to make some changes!

Basically, i want to run like a cheetah. lift like arnold. & have the level of confidence as jennifer lawrence (love her).

I was talking to a friend of mine about food. & she literally eats junk food every single day. We work in an area where taco bell, mcdonalds, del taco, bk, etc are right next to each other & within walking distance. She always talks about how she should change her diet because all this junk isn’t good for her. So of course, I support her. Why not recruit more people into healthy lifestyle changes! So when I said that she should probably stop eating at fast food places & to drop the soda. She responds “But the food tastes so good! I’m young. I can eat what I want & I deserve it!” My response: EAT TO LIVE. DON’T LIVE TO EAT! I’m younger than her & being young isn’t an excuse to eat crap. I mean if you wanna indulge, eat quality fresh foods right?

Tumblr keeps me so motivated. Lol. I know its okay to have a cheat meal here & there, but I can’t look at some foods the same anymore (twinkies, chicken nuggets, etc).
