Oh, yessss.
A friend invited me to do a color run with her. I havent gone running in awhile since kickboxing, bootcamp, pilates, & now insanity has gotten my attention. But nevertheless, i said of course! Its a 3 mile run, so its not that bad. BUT, this girl cant even run for more than a minute, so it looks like i need to do some training!

I HAD A CAKE POP TODAY. I should have said no, but my sweet tooth got the best of me. Im not going to let this discourage me though. Im going to work out harder to burn that sucker! Anywhoo, hi lovelies! i didnt get to do my cardio recovery session this morning, but the day is not over & im jumping on it right now :)

Goodmorning everyone! i decided to start my morning with some cardio power & resistence :) im still sore from kickboxing last night, but i told myself NO EXCUSES. Plus, once i started, i didnt want to stop. Anyway, time to get ready for work. I hope everyone has a great day!
